The hotel has a great location, being right next to Madison Square Garden and just a short walk from Times Square, which makes it perfect for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some decor is dated and could use an update. While the staff was friendly and eager to assist, there were some misses in service regarding accessibility. Overall, it's a good value for money considering the location, but it could definitely improve in a few areas.
